Two weekends ago I was in Florida for work. Being out of town is no longer an excuse to skip my workouts. So even though I had limited time, I managed to squeeze in a few runs.
My first workout was at 6:30am, which was 3:30am PST (since I hadn't adjusted yet). I don't know how I did it. Dedication I guess. Ended up doing a great tempo run on the treadmill. 6 miles total with 3.5 at sub-7. I wanted to do it outdoors but it was dark and I was unfamiliar with the area. Glad I was able to make it happen.
